Yes it is, i'll move it to VB Pictures. KB was born on a july 26th so they were celebrating her birthday like last year when Victoria was wearing a Balenciaga dress. Last year they celebrated it on a july 25th though.

I hope we'll see any pics.

lol, there're many possibilities. Maybe both got this necklace for a present. I can imagine her sister has the same one, so they got it from her father or brother? I think this sounds like Miss Marple or something like this, lol.
