David Beckham could be £1.3 million out of pocket — thanks to a Golden Balls-up.

The footie star has just forked out that amount to build a luxury poolhouse at his £5 million chateau in the south of France.

However, we can reveal the Moroccan-themed building () — complete with triple shower room, indoor BBQ, chill out lounge and all round sound system — was put up WITHOUT planning permission.

Now the star and wife Victoria may be forced to pull it down.

Details of the development in Bargeman, near Nice, have been passed onto France's central government by the local council.

And if they decide there has been a serious breach of regulations they could order the BULLDOZERS in.

Posh, 33, and Becks, 31, bought the 19th century villa — set in 125 acres — four years ago.

They've already blown millions re-designing the inside of the main six-bedroomed property despite having only visited it a handful of times.

Maybe they should have been paying it Moorish attention.

Yeah, they never go there, but maybe because it's not ready yet and they have to little time because of David's career. But that story could be true, but usually they can later apply that permission and it's usually ok.

What is with the beckham's and permits? Remember the same thing happened with the playhouse / structure they build on beckingham palace property a few years ago. They love to build! But never with a permit the crazy monkeys. People should just mind their own biz...their land is huge so who cares if they have stuff built on it. Not like it is directly infront of someones window like if they lived in a suburb or apartment or something.

yeah, they had also problem with that playhouse, many people build playhouses without permission (i know my father was building inspector i my town), but of course they are celebs and people will check if they have permission to that..
