Early in the morning the Beckhams seem to have a medical emergency. Victoria rushes to a Beverly Hills medical building with kids. Victoria takes two nannies and a security team and leaves hours later in a hurry looking stressed.

Yes, it's very possible. Maybe they went very early thinking they will avoid the paparazzi or something like that.
