Why are you so focused on the the clothes of her boys? Cruz is a little boy and obviously he likes to wear these clothes. I bet she doesn't tell him what to wear. So it's his own decision and everything is alright. I think this shows her funny side to let him go outside with his costumes. It doesn't matter what other celebrities do with their kids. Everybody can do it on its own way.
