I think it`s just flashes lightened her face.I don`t think she goes out without make up-she would wear sunshades in this case...

yes pics without make-up are really, really rare.... but it's ok, it makes her even more beautiful.... and a bit of make-up is good, as it makes one feel a little better about oneself
